CHAIR YOGA
If you have joint concerns and are not comfortable on the floor, this class is for you. Using a chair, we can increase range of motion in the joints and strengthen muscles. We focus on self care practices, mindfulness, energy work, improving balance and breathing while decreasing inflammation and stress.
TRADITIONAL YOGA
If you’re looking for a yoga class that can take you from beginning to intermediate traditional yoga postures on the mat this class is for you. Moderately paced, we incorporate mindfulness, and flowing,
strengthening movements, therapeutic alignment, balancing, stress relief tools, breathwork, and deep relaxation.
KUNDALINI YOGA
Known as “the Yoga of Awareness”, Kundalini Yoga balances nervous and glandular systems, strengthens cardiovascular and immune systems, can improve sleep and digestion while increasing resiliency and happiness. Each class includes exercises, breath work, mantra, eye focus, hand positions (mudras), deep relaxation, sound vibration, and meditation to connect you with your true essence.
